I was really satisfied with Robert and LJ for coming in to research a leak and within 30 minutes was able to identify the leak. It didn't take long for these "water doctors" to go from the master bath to the attic to find and fix a leak that was occuring in the family room. After thinking I would have sticker shock, because of the type of leak, it wasn't bad at all. I will use Zippy Plumber always.

We were delighted with the prompt, courteous and efficient service we received from Zippy Plumbr. At 5.30 in the afternoon, with no hot water and a houseful of out of guests, I did not think I would be able to get anyone to come out. Robert was cheerful and helpful over the phone. I received two follow up calls, and very shortly afterwards, he arrived. First of all he helped untangle the hose I was struggling with, then he found the very simple cause of the problem. My 3 year old little neice flushed a toy down the toilet. The toy of course clogged the toilet and we needed an expert!
