I sued the owner Stan Williams a few years ago in court for a rehab project. He didnt get any required permits, didnt follow many codes and completly messed up the home. I had to hired expert professionals to tesify on his work. I recived a judgement for 15k (the highest in Magistrate court allowed) which I never recevied. I tired to collect the jugdement many ways but was unsucessfull. Of course, this is a matter of puplic record (City of Atlanta Courts) , so if you decided to use this company - do your research. I'm really surprised he is still doing business in GA.
