Sweet Auburn Seafood

I came for my birthday celebration with 7 of my friends. After dinner we all recieved our check. I was charged a $25 dollar fee for the cupcakes that were given to me as a gift. The waitress was nice, however, encouraged us to give her the cupcakes so that she could make them look special. There was no time during my interaction with this facility that a 25 dollar fee was mentioned for bringing your own birthday treats. Not online, not when I spoke with the reservation desk or by my waitress. In talking with the manager, she offered no resolution and stated policy at other restaurants in the area. Theye took a good night and ended it on a sour note. Thanks for the birthday gift sweet auburn seafood. I will never come back. You could benefit from customer service 101.

Our family had the AWFUL experience of dining at this establishment on 08/04/16. Never again. This was just a Rip Off in the Historic section of Atlanta where MLK resided. What an insult. The atmosphere received a three because the music was great. Food was tasty, but definitely not worth the price. Entrees comes with One (1) side dish and portions were very skimpy. Restaurant served no bread and claimed to not have any on the premises. SEAFOOD WITHOUT CORNBREAD OR HUSHPUPPIES or any kind of bread at all. REALLY. Waitress wouldn't improvised by using there sandwich bread to please the customer and there were no complimentary items at all Charged for refills and the majority of the entrees were $20.00+. Menus posted here are outdated and incorrect .Each check included (no choice given) a 20% tip. A slap in the face. Also, there is no free parking.
