Shanghai Alterations

I didn't even use the alteration service because when I went in to the shop, they ignored that I was there for about three minutes because the owner/manager kept talking on the phone. I finally had to start tapping on the counter with my car key to get her attention (she looked at me three times before I started tapping). When she finally started to work with me, she gave me a price to hem my pants at a price about 150% higher than the competitor 400 yards away. Needless to say, I will never go back to Shanghai Alterations ever again. I had excellent service and price at the other shop. Too bad.
