Northchase Apartments

I moved in and was extemely disappointed. My refridgerator broke, the work man came tried fixing but made it worst. My fridge stopped working 2 weeks now and the management has not done anything about. I told them I wanted a new one but all they are doing is tell me everyday that someone is coming to look at it to see if I need a new fridge. All my milk, vegetable, rolls, cheese, soy meats, spoiled.

Both of our bathrooms faucets are leaking from the day that we moved in and until now they have not replaced them.

This place was nice when moving in but once you're in the management is inadequate, ineffective, and their customer service/satisfaction is for the birds. I am dissatisfied and regret moving in this place.

Don't make the same mistake that my family and I made.
