Clarion

It's actually called Wyndham Gardens. The staff was very unprofessional. We had to wait an hour and a half to get into the room and they wouldn't give us a reason why. Also, the room was already paid for on expedia and they charged us again because they said that the charge from expedia was declined. Come to find out, we were charged twice. The reason we had to wait an hour and a half is because they didn't have the rooms cleaned and they were trying to stall for time until they got them cleaned. Also, the phones in the rooms did not work. The only way we could contact the front desk was to go downstairs. Also, we tried to take the hotel shuttle from the airport which was supposed to be 24 hours. We saw the other hotels shuttles come at least five times and Wyndham Gardens never came after waiting an hour. Finally, 6 of us that were waiting found a cab and split the fare to get to the hotel. Also, we kept calling to see if they were coming and they would not answer the phone. If it wasn't so late, I would not have stayed there. Dont waste your time or money on this hotel, find somewhere where the staff appreciate you.
