Billing Key

I have had a great experience working with this company. I still have them submit claims for our office.

I had used Billing Key for my practice in June and July. I later decided to go with another company as they did not seem to know much about Podiatry billing and modifiers.Before I signed with them, they had assured me that they were familiar with Podiatry billing and that they would also check my claims before submitting them. They did not do any of it and I had many of my claims rejected be insurances. I had asked them to send me my patient statements at the end of July however it has been 4 months and I have still not received them. I have called multiple times and also contacted them via email. They were very quick to send me my monthly bill , infact, I even paid them for August even though they did not do ANY BILLING for me that month. Someone was supposed to contact me regarding getting reimbursed for that too however no one called or emailed me regarding that.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE SIGNING WITH THEM. It is better to pay more and make sure you are getting paid for the work you have done and getting good service.
