Babe is good at what she does, but they are trifling with how they handle their business and your money. Just awful.

I went to Babe twice to have my natural hair done and was pleased with the service. I consulted with her about making a wig which was the beginning of the end. She only corresponded by email or when I went to the shop. Her email responses were delayed. After almost a month of waiting she advises me to go to wig store although she took my $200 deposit. I went to the other store and their wigs were at least $200 more. Her husband gave me my refund back, but after a week she still has not picked up the phone to call and apologize.

I visited Babe for a transition style for my natural hair. I absoulutely detest weaves -- primarily because noone has ever impressed me. Well, I decided to give it one last chance and thank God I did!! Babe's work was FLAWLESS. Everyone thinks that I just straightened out my hair!!

I recently received chemical treatment from this salon. I received a relaxer, cut and style from Babe and she was absolutely great. I chose a style out of the Metro styles hair magazine that she had available. I was very pleased with the style that she created for me. I had narrowed it down to 2 different styles that I really liked and she created something based on what I showed her that I like best. The style she created for me is very manageable, and it compliments my face, my body build and personality.



THE SALON:

The salon has an urban flare with a professional’s touch of class. The colors of the salon express that the stylists have a lot of creativity and are very trendy with their creations. This is definitely an upscale salon; it's fresh, trendy, clean and very stylish. I like the atmosphere of the salon, I think because it is not surround by an array of other salons that it has a more intimate setting and feel.



SERVICES:

Babe's services were very professional she paid attention to what my needs were and what I wanted in a hairstyle, she listened to me, she was sincere about wanting me to have a style that I not only I would like but one that I desired and was very comfortable with.



EQUIPMENT:

The equipment in the salon is all twentieth century upscale, very trendy and stylish. The wash bowl where you receive your shampoo is so relaxing; the chair is comfortable and compatible for people of all sizes. I've never had such comfort in getting my hair shampooed before. The experience was totally relaxing.



This is a total change from your average African American Hair Salon, this is more of a retreat from the hustle and bustle that we go through from day to day and the irritation and unsatisfactory that some have received from many other salons. It is a CUT above the REST.



TIME MANAGEMENT:

I think the stylist makes the most of her time and uses her time wisely. The stylist show great time management skills when dealing with her customers. I received a relaxer, cut and style and was only in the salon for 2 hours. The salon is very convenient to where I reside in Gwinnett County, it is only about a 25 minute drive from the Norcross Peachtree Corners area.



WILL YOU RETURN?

Yes, I will be a returning customer, before I left the salon I made an appointment for within 2 weeks.

Never experienced a place like this. I am a cancer survivor and this place is very discreet and sensitive to all your needs. When you walk in...you feel as if you're in downtown Atlanta!! Beautiful colors and the decor is GORGEOUS!!!! Babe is very educated about hair loss and hair thinning. I definitely rate this salon A+. i will return. And I drive from Sandy Springs!!!!!!!

This place is GORGEOUS!!!!!! The staff at Babe Savage Salon is very professional and my hair looks FABULOUS!!!! I got a lacefront wig and my close friends can't even tell that I have it!! My girlfriend got a hair extension technique called Interlocking. It makes her hair look longer and fuller!!! This place is beautiful and Babe is extremely professional and discreet!!
