Ruby Tuesday

Got set but no one ever came to our table. Place was dirty. Salad Bar look picked over. Bathroom was nasty. The since we couldn't get waited on told the 2 at the front we were leaving and why, they looked like they had no clue.

Called for a take out order because staying at a nearby hotel. Told them this and that I needed silverware. Arrived and woman at bar to busy talking to other employees to wait on me. She finally came over and went to get it. She then put it down on counter with bill and went back to talking to employees. Another lady came in and I hot her attention to take my money. I went to my car and checked my order. It was totally wrong. Went back in and they gave me the right one. Got back to room and no spoon in bag for my soup. Also ordered spinach dip and the chips were very stale. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

I wish that I could give this one an exceptional rating, but cannot. The wait staff are not very friendly. It is hard to get a refill on your drink, as well. The menu is limited, unless you want an overpriced hamburger. I ordered the crab cake sandwich, and the sandwich was full of white fish, NOT crab meat, and with a price of $11.99, I was very upset. I would have rather paid that amount for real crab, than whitefish. The salad bar is cold and fresh, however, the wait staff should make an effort to clean the area periodically. There was a lot of food mixed in the containers, where people had spilled one food into another. I had tried this location before, and had similar experiences, but I thought perhaps I would give them another try. I was not pleased with my eating experience at all. Don't think I will go again. I am a foodie, and love to eat out, and usually always have a good experience. Sad.
