I had my daughters first birthday party there and they are very clean and professional. This party was April,2 2013 they will see me next year

I have 5 children and have been here several times for birthday parties, including some for my own children. It is easily accessible, affordable, and kid and parent friendly. All of my children have a great time every time they go there. Sometimes it gets a little crowded and the staff is not always mindful of the children. However, they are teenagers paid to monitor moon bounces, not babysitters. Therefore, please be prepared to monitor your own children, which should be expected anyway. The staff that caters to the party areas are always courteous and respectful, just the ones watching the slides need to be a little more attentive. As for the cardboard cutouts mentioned in previous reviews, I never had an issue with them, and I do not see why anyone else would and would not keep me from going there, sounds a little absurd to me, but to each their own, I suppose. All in all, always a positive and pleasant experience for our family!

I had my daughters party there a year ago and having my other daughters there in June. This place is wonderful very clean and extremely tenitive to the parties needs. Now the other lady that left the first review, she sounds prejudice. She needs to go somewhere else. Id recommend this place to anyone. Clean , safe fun. They make sure the baby/toddler section is big kid free! i loved it and so did my girls. Cant wait until the next party in june!!!

Visited on 3-6-10. Too many unsafe items that kids could get hurt on, including a metal barracade that is positioned to close to the exit of the large inflatable slide. kids jump out extremly close to one of the barracade's legs. Also there is a lack of padding on fixed objects, particularly in the toddler's only area. Alot of games were not even on - out of order, I guess. I also did not understand the life size stand-up cut-out of president obama in the lobby. It is inappropriate and silly to put up any president's life size image, particulaly one that has been such a partisan and dividing figure. I will not go back and give money to a place that is so blatent in projecting any political image, let alone one that smells of an effort to indoctrinate our children. It seems that maybe the owners just want a certain demographic to feel comfortable and patron the place. bad business is what it is. I will find a non-political place for my kids next time.
