Blue Toba is Southern Oregon's first and ONLY Traditional Indonesian Restaurant. Made with hundreds of years of tradition with spices owner and Chef B brings back from Indonesia. Now with a beautiful bar serving one of a kind Indonesian inspired cocktails and mocktails, beer, wine, and an array of beautiful drinks that pair perfectly with the food. Since then, we have expanded to a gorgeous downtown Ashland location where when you walk in, you are surrounding by the visual one of a kind sacred artistry of Indonesia to pair with the cultural culinary experience and alchemy inherent in Indonesian cooking.
