Parker's Smokehouse

On Sunday evening at 5:30-6:00 pm. we arrived without reservations. The hostess said it would be 45-50 min. wait for a table for my wife and I. We agreed to wait at the bar and have drinks while waiting for our table.
I noticed a booth was empty at the rear of the restaurant for at least 15 min. after waiting at the bar for at least 45 min. I went to inquire about how long it would be. My wife then asked the lady who took our name why we were not called on. She said she called our name but we must not have heard her. I don't believe that was the case as we had heard other peoples names called previously.
We were then taken to a table and she said the server would be right with us. We looked at the menu and decided what we wanted. Several servers came by our table and failed to stop to wait on us. After another 15 min. we left without eating.
