Primary Care
You may experience some muscle soreness and temporary minor bruising where the need electrode is inserted into your muscle. This is normal, and the bruising should fade in several days. If it persists, contact your primary care doctor.
Emergency Care
No. At this time, our office is not able to accommodate acute care needs or manage urgent problems. We also do not have “emergency appointments” built into our schedule. If you are in need of an appointment the same day as you are calling, please go to your primary care doctor, or if appropriate, the nearest emergency room.

Neurology
On March 7th, a delegation of North Carolina neurologists went to Capitol Hill to meet with North Carolinaâ€™s members of the House of Representatives and Senate. Their day on the Hill was in conjunction with the American Academy of Neurologyâ€™s 2023 Neurology on the Hill event.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Multiple Sclerosis
With infusion therapy, medication is delivered intravenously. We currently infuse Tysabri, Solumedrol, and Ocrevus, which are prescription medicines approved for adult patients with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS). We also infuse two new medications called Vyepti and Headache Cocktail for the treatment of headaches/migraines.
Epilepsy
We are currently processing referrals in 1-2 business days, and will let our referring offices know if there is additional information needed to schedule your patient within that time frame. We are receiving between 20 and 30 new referrals for patients at our practice daily. We are currently booking about 5-6 months out for New Patient Appointments with ANY PROVIDER and are prioritizing referrals for patients with uncontrolled epilepsy.
