Automasters Car Wash

I have been going here for years they do a pretty good job. Over the years they will occasionally miss a cup holder for miss wiping down the door panels,but I notice those days the help is sparse. As far as my mats they always get them super clean when I ask them. Most of the time I wait a while due to it takes time to wipe the whole inside of the car out. I sit outside and watch them they take their time to do a good job on your car. Worth the money to me to do a job I don't have time to do.

Had no clue where to go, I asked the employees standing around at the front and they all stood around and looked at me like I was stupid. I asked if I go in the main door (the few parking spots were in the other side of the building so I wasn't sure) and was told thats where I needed to go. I went in the main door to be greeted by another employee giving me a blank stare looking at me like I was stupid. I asked about getting my car washed and was told I needed to go around to the back of the building. I went there and there was one employee cleaning a car and paying no attention to me. I walked up to him and asked who I needed to talk to to get my car washed after standing there for about 5 minutes. He went and told another employee they had a customer. That guy then proceeds to walk past me grabs a notepad and walks to the back of my car and jots my license plate down without ever saying a word. After that he asked what he could help me with. This is the 4th employee I talked to but finally someone took my keys and agreed to wash my car. I then had to walk back to the main door to wait inside and pay. Very unorganized and unprofessional! I've never had so many people standing around looking at me like I was stupid, but I had never been there before and had no idea where to go. Once they were done I realized they didn't do a very good job of cleaning my car. My floor mats were rinsed off but were not thoroughly cleaned and they were still WET when I got in the car! Of course putting the bottom of our shoes on the wet plastic (weathertech mats) only made them dirtier. The inside of the doors were not wiped off even though I paid extra to have the inside wiped down. The leather seats had not been wiped down and one seat had been folded down. They did vacuum but it was a very poor job, the car was not even that dirty to begin with and with weather tech mats that are custom fitted there wasn't even much to vacuum because the floormats keep the majority of the floor carpet from getting dirty. Not sure what that $28 got other than running it through an automatic car wash, windows windexed, and a half assed job of vacuuming. The cupholder wasn't even clean. I will not be back! This is a bunch of teenagers working here that couldn't care less about doing a good job. I should of asked for my money back.
