We found Cindy Belhumeur on the Dave Ramsey website of his endorsed local providers (ELP) when we were looking for a realtor in the Denver area. Our townhouse in Brighton, CO was rented but we were wanting to get it sold. For several years she stayed in contact with us, by phone calls or emails, asking if we were ready to sell, but not being pushy at all. Because of the decreased market value, we waited.
