All-Inclusive Ashi (Barefoot Bodywork)
Known as the "deepest most luxurious massage on the planet", Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy is a deeper, more effecient, more effective, more comfortable deep tissue massage. But don't let the "deep" part fool you... the pressure is actually completely customizable, and is sometimes referred to as "painless deep tissue". Ashi means "feet", and "atsu" means "pressure". In Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, the therapist uses his/her feet to deliver the pressure, while using overhead bars for balance and to help with pressure control. Please see website for more info - this may not be what you think it is. With "All-Inclusive Ashi" you can still get a touch of the hot stones, or just extra time for focus work. May include a couple of minutes of traditional massage with the hands on your neck, face and scalp.(allow about 85-90 minutes)

If you have a health condition that prevents you from doing Barefoot Bodywork, this is a great alternative. A full-body massage with time for some serious focus on 1-3 areas. Perfect for serious therapy or just extra pampering and TLC. (allow 85-90 minutes)

Stress Buster/ Introductory Session (First-time clients only)
Please allow 90 minutes for this session. We may use that much time or less, depending on your needs. The session includes intake, consultation, bodywork, and may include personalized recommendations at the end for you to get the best results. The actual bodywork time is abbreviated from my usual session. It will likely be about 45 minutes of actual bodywork time. So, if you're wanting more work at your first session, schedule the All-Inclusive Ashi or Full Restoration, or a Two Hour Appointment... then we will have to do the consult ahead of time via email or phone.
