Jeffco Travel Service

I've used their service for a few years now and haven't had any issues. I tell them my budget and destination and they always come through with exactly what I ask for. Travel is always unpredictable, but my experience with Jeffco travel has always been exceptional!
They were able to add an extra person to my trip with with only four days before we left!! And I thank them very much for the effort they put into making that happen.
Always a pleasure to do business with Jeffco travel and will continue to do so! I highly recommend their years of experience in the travel industry for anyone planning a trip.

Terrible. Left us stranded in Mexico and just told us to call ourselves to get rebooked. Complained once we got back and Toni said she was "monitoring everything". Cool, if my car breaks down I actually expect AAA to get me running, not just to watch and see how I do on my own. Don't book with these people, you will regret it.

Use this agency if you plan on following up on what they book for you and if you want empty I'm sorry's when you ask why you are having to go behind them and confirm what they book. Such poor customer service left us disappointed to say the least, but because of our own diligence we were able to have a wonderful vacation. They booked us in a hotel with a hotel shuttle that ended pickups before we even landed and when asked about it we got the response you just have to pay $40 to $50 for a taxi no big deal. We called the hotel to verify rooms and found that the agent booked two of the families with asthmatics in smoking rooms, also booked our family of three in a king sized bed, not 2 seperate beds. We asked for gratuities to be added on so that when we were paid in full before the trip and this agent added gratuities to one family's account but not the other 2 family's accounts so surprise to us on the last day of the trip.

We used this agency to book our vacation and we loved our accomodations. Were very helpful and thorough in booking us a great getaway.
