Hey Taxi

I've had good service up until now(Dec.2), been calling and no one answers. Their supposed to be a 24 hr taxi service!!! Bottom line:They need more drivers...

Called em, they were there pronto, got me where I needed to go quickly, safely, and professionally. The driver, mark, was a pro!!!!

My dad can no longer drive due to a stroke. I put the taxi service number in his phone for him and my husband dropped him off at his favoruite diner on his way into work. When he called the cab company, he was told they were too busy and wouldnt be able to pick him up. Really? That's some service. Luckily I had not left for work yet and called my dad when he hadnt made it home yet, so I picked him up and drove him home, making me late for work. C'Mon Uber., where are you?? Taxi service in Jefferson County is pitiful.

My husband & I have used this cab company a few times & they've always been great! Prompt, friendly & the cabs are always clean.

My favorate cab Service they always are fast and friendly there always the first I call anytime I am out having fun with friends and need a ride

Everytime I call this company I have had to wait for over an hour and their vehicles are terrible. Probably does not even charge the right rate...

We waited for over an hour for our cab, then our cab driver used square credit card reader and charged us $3.95 for using it (which i did not realize until we were inside our house), when i called to address the charge i was told they have had problems witb that cab driver before. The man on the phine said to call back in the morning. When i asked what they woukd do i was hung up on. According to the MTC customer bill of rights, it is not legal to charge extra for using a credit card. I called back several times until the same guy answered and told me "go ahead, be knit picky,call your congelrrssman..." and then hung up on me.....again! I will never use this company again. They are dishonest and rude.

Everytime I call the Cab Co. they are super friendly and give me prompt service. I don't know if the other person that reviewed this place gave them an incorrect address or what, but I have never been stood up by this taxi service. I have however been stood up by Yellow Cab & St. Louis County Cab services...just saying. Hey Taxi has excellent service.

I was at a wedding Saturday night and called for cab at 11:45 p.m. I was told it would be about 8 30 minute wait. to make a long story short I called them back three times and after two hours of waiting the cab never showed up. I think I found out that the wedding couple a call for a taxi to be at the airport at 6 a.m. on Sunday morning. the same cab company once again never showed up. luckily they did find a ride to the airport and didn't miss their flight. my advice to you is call a different cab company or walk home because if you call hey taxi they won't come.
