We offer everything from day of coordination to full planning and destination event planning With over 19 years of experience, MeZo Events is a fun and creative team that offers a personal approach to Wedding and Event planning - letting our clients feel at ease as we do the hard work in creating your event allowing you to sit back and relax. MeZo Events offers professional, full service wedding and event planning services for private, corporate, and nonprofit clients. Whether commemorating life celebrations or business milestones, our planners will flawlessly execute your event by listening with an open mind and infusing your personality throughout your event. We work with each client to bring in the best vendors in the industry to meet your needs. We provide the resources and knowledge to make any wedding, meeting or event a success! The best compliment we could get from a client is not “That was an outstanding event” but rather, an offer to work together again on another event. MeZo Events meets clients by appointment only. Consultations are held at our location near BWI or near Annapolis. We will also come to a location convenient to you. Our staff is available 7 days a week for meetings, consultations, e-mails, and phone calls.         We offer wedding and event coordination services. One of our most popular services is Day of Coordination. Information is listed below for an overview of services we provide for a Day-Of bride. For other packages please see our website or contact us for information and a free consultation. Day of coordination has become a very popular wedding service. However, no coordinator can simply just show up on your wedding day, and know what is going on, if they have not been involved beforehand. In order to make sure you receive the level of service you deserve, we will work for you during the entire month before your wedding as well be there to answer any questions throughout the entire planning process once you are our client. Here is a glimpse of what of you can expect for day of coordination. You can relax during the weeks, days and hours leading up to your wedding as we: •Review vendor contracts•Develop your wedding day timeline•Confirm vendor arrival and set-up times•Direct your rehearsal and ceremony•Oversee vendor arrival and set-up•Get everyone down the aisle on time•Orchestrate a grand entrance and exit•Manage timing and flow at your reception and much more.
