If you are interested in Tai Chi, this is really the only place to go. They have nationally recognized instructors who can help you with all aspects of tai chi so you can pursue the basic health benefits or if you want more advanced studies, you can go on to learn tai chi weapons or even self-defense applications. They also have special workshops with some of the top tai chi people in the world and they have instructional materials like books and videos.

Our college-aged son trained for many years at Jing Ying and credited it for his confidence in public speaking and leadership skills. He also developed agility, endurance, flexibility and strength. It made a huge difference in his life.

They provide top-level instruction, a huge space with 3 different training areas, and offer an incredible bargain for unlimited classes. A beginner has something like a dozen classes available and can train up to 6 days a week!

I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned the family atmosphere.My son (5) is fairly shy and was reluctant to try classes at first. Once he was there, he quickly felt comfortable and soon was practicing at home and eager to come to classes. He has gotten a lot more coordination and is also more confident. He interacts well with the instructors and the other students. I really like the way the classes have helped him become more willing to try new things and less shy around other people!
