Purchase went real smoothly - for the amount of paperwork. Alim the Manager was very clear and explicit on the negotiation and paperwork, very nice and friendly. came in here and bought my first car as a college student and these guys helped me out with everything i needed. the salesman that i dealt with was kevin and then alim basically was kind enough to walk me through the deal and talked me through the banking process considering this was my first car. ive had my 2009 bmw 328 for about 4 months and so far i am having no issues with the car and for a first car it is everything i could've asked for.

I came to this dealership as a last stop after visiting a lot of corporate dealerships. I have to say these guys posses a lot more customer service and knowledge about their vehicles then any corporate dealer I've ever visited or purchased from. I'll be honest I was a little skeptical considering this is a privately owned dealer but they sure did prove me wrong. I hope this review will be helpful to other consumers such as myself that are skeptical about small dealers. These guys are true professionals in their field. I'd like to point out one gentlemen that I was dealing with his name is Alim, and he truly amazed me with his customer service and his knowledge. I'm very pleased and I have already sent them one of my family members. Not only did I get a great price on a car I was looking for which I'd like to point out all the corporate dealers had were over priced, but they also gave me a phenomenal interest rate.
