Koons Arlington Scion

I am not writing this review out of pure emotion. I am being completely honest with those who read this. I currently have had and AM having a horrible experience with this dealership. I bought a certified 2007 Toyota Camry at the end of May 2010. It was missing a plug for the fog light and the drivers side inside panel was portruding a bit. I told them I would buy it given these were fixed. It is almost July, June 25th, and my car is their for the second time. My cars panel wasn't fixed the first time, my breaks don't engage all the time, and the throttle lurches forward at times- all categorizations of recall problems. My wife is not going to drive the car, especially with a baby on the way and I am making a car payment on a piece of junk. They currently have my car to fix the door panel AGAIN. They have had my car since the 17th. They told me I would have it back by last Tue. It is FRI- no call from them so I called them. They hadn't even looked at the brakes or throttle. My salesman is a nice guy, guy is only as good as the management- Al. You know who you are. I have promptly written the BBB and am in a dispute to return the car. My plea to you, do not buy from these people.
