Where do I start from? I took my 2017 Toyota Camry to A-one Auto Clinic on November 1st 2018 to get an oil change. I was hoping to get a quick oil change.
The following day I discovered my car engine oil spilled everywhere, because A-one Auto did not change the drain plug washer.
I went back to the shop and kindly asked the owner to solve the issue. I told him three things to do,
1, Drain plug washer need replaced
2, Check the oil level of my car.
3, Clean the oil spilled under the rack and opinion.
The owner of A-one was rude, uncivilized
And did not pay attention to his customers' concerns. Finally, He refused and never acknowledged his fault.
This is by far the worst auto clinic I have ever experienced in my life. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

This is by far the worst auto clinic i have ever seen. My parents brought their vehicle in from out of town and unfortunately have been stuck here for the past few days. They were hoping for a quick repair and mentioned that they needed to leave the next morning. The owner quoted that they would be finished with the vehicle Thursday morning however later provided an extended date of when the vehicle would be ready. Now going into Saturday and a missed Anniversary weekend, they are still here in DC with an unrepaired vehicle and incompetent workers that lie about the hours put in on the vehicle. I would NOT recommend this location to service my vehicle. The repairs are at almost 1000 for a clutch replacement which in southern VA only cost about 200. The service is horrible, the owner is never there to follow up with customers and the completion dates on the vehicles consistently change.

Provided by SuperpagesVery friendly and professional customer service with fair prices. I had a substantial amount of work to be done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and they knocked it out in a day. The owner took great care to understand the vehicles issues in order to ensure my needs were met. I believe A-1 Auto Clinic is trustworthy and they perform with superb workmanship using quality parts. I highly recommend this mechanic to others. Capt Hill, USMC

Provided by SuperpagesI have been going to A-One Auto since I moved to the area a year ago, and would not take my care anywhere else. They are thorough and fast, especially for oil changes and inspections. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 is because I have not major repairs so I cannot relay my personal experience. I have, however, been in the office while the mechanic spoke with the owner about repairs. They appear to really work hard to find affordable, good quality parts for their customers.

We have found the prices reasonable with clear explanations of what they can (and cannot) do. Our overall level of service has been far beyond anything we have ever gotten from dealers or other repair shops.

My car started leaking radiator fluid and I needed an emergency repair before taking off for a long trip. They took my car and got it diagnosed and fixed in less than two hours. The service was also really friendly and the prices reasonable

Provided by SuperpagesOwner explained patiently exactly what he was going to do before working on my car, gave me an estimate, and then completed the work quickly. He was nice as well. I went to him because my neighbor has been going there for 20 years and really likes him.

Provided by SuperpagesThe owner is a liar. He never provides estimates on the paper. He always talks orally and does something else but he charges more than what he does the work. I did once my brake job here and they did not install properly. I really do not suggest going to this service center.
