        His name is Russel Hossain.He general sales manager of Vanguard Kia.

        Two days ago we had agreed to a preowned driveout car for $17500. Then two days later they told me it would be $18400 with gap insurance or else they do the deal. Their reasoning was that I wasnt going to get the finance from them but I get from an outside finance company.
