The Tan Room

I started tanning here about 3 months ago and I can't say that I have any real complaints. (Every salon has its little issues.) The beds are nice and the staff is always helpful. They randomly run different specials which is nice because it gives you the chance to try out a different bed or product .. Can't beat a $15 mystic spray. I'd recommend giving them a chance.

I tanned at Palm Beach Tan for over 5 years and just recently cancelled my membership to move over to Tan Room about 2 months ago. Reason on doing so is because a few good friends of mine had highly recommended it to me and not to mention I was tired of the constant pressure selling every time I came in, and the never ending new faces who never seemed to remember me after being there for 5+ years. Not only are the beds at Tan Room amazing to look at but they work amazing as well! I have a darker longer lasting tan here for some reason and I'm thinking because its more of a mom and pop place where they value they're customers and change out they're bulbs more frequently? Just my guess. Also the service and hospitality there is top notch! The owner is amazingly down to earth and friendly and the other two girls that work there are delightful! Always happy to help and glad to see you! They remembered me the first few times I was there and strike up a conversation easily! Now that's customer service!

I love all the high pressure beds they have, the bulbs in all the beds are ALWAYS hot, it is way better than Urban Tan that's for sure. I strongly recommend to never go there! Talk about horrible staff..not to mention all there beds are cold and there bulbs are never changed.. they shut down on random days for no reason also which is very unprofessional. The Tan Room is like home to me, I've tanned there for years after I stopped tanning at Urban Tan. I love that when I walk in the door the morning shift girl Katie or the owner, Todd? i believe it is know me by my first name, VERY personable. They work with you and guarantee to beat any price at any other salon, plus they have great specials as is. Personally, i love the puppy that is around most of the time, she is very well behaved and sweet. All in all I think the staff and salon is very nice and I will continue to tan there for a very long time

I've tanned here for years and there's a good reason for that. It's such a laid back atmosphere which is appreciated. You don't get pressured to buy a lotion every single time you go in to tan. You are able to just walk in, have a little chat with the workers then go tan without any pressures. The prices are good and the beds are nice. They seem to change out the bulbs rather often which is nice for people like me who tan year round. Yeah, there might be a dog up there here and there, but I don't mind at all. It's part of what makes it so laid back. I'd definitely say it's worth taking a shot at to tan at The Tan Room.

Best beds in area. Hot bulbs and friendly staff. My husband and I love the fact the have no contracts and don't charge for freezing your account. I love this salon and recommend it to all my friends and coworkers. I am in my 30s and love the all high pressure bed that blocks the bad rays. Great place

Todd and Kyle run a very friendly and customer focused business. It is not the most upscale of settings, but the prices are good and the tanning machines are kept clean. You ought to at least give them a try.

This location is changing it's name with new owners to The Tanning Room. After tanning for years and new to the area, I went looking for a place the was convenient and a great price. I visited all the local salons in my neighborhood and decided on The Tan Room. Kyle the owner was not only very knowledgable but personable and very no-pressure. I have the deepest tan in years and the beds are always clean with bulbs changed regularly. I highly recommend, but don't take my word for it. Check it out yourself.
