With New Management Came New.Lightings for the Buildings New Cleaner Apt. and they hired the best Security Company i have ever Seen. i feel safe now and the Management Company works with people.so i think those two people need to rewite.i would ask anyone to move in here my mom dad brothers sister and friends. its a great place to live now

Try calling the office anytime or day of the week, you won't be able to talk to anyone, ever.



You stand a strong chance of being shot, mugged and/or harrassed if you live here.



It is under new management, and things have gotten worse.



All my good neighbors are moving, and more and more young couples with at least 5 children are moving in, nothing against children, it's these parents who move in can't afford the rent so they move in friends and relatives to help cover costs, next thing you know you have adults and children crawling all over eachother in tiny apartments, nerves wear thin next thing you know there is a fight, then retaliation, then the cops are called. It happened yesterday in a neighboring apartment. For over an hour we had no choice but to hear the couple fighting with eachother and their 'house guests' in front of their screaming children. Up and down a communal stairway, into the parking lot, when the cops showed up it was over, nothing was done. They'll be back at it again. Noone should have to go through this



If the management doesnt know they have sexual offenders, parole violators, and drug dealers living in their apartments how will you?

After living here happily for 16 years, I am leaving as soon as possible. New management has allowed property to deteriorate, there is currently no lighting on buildings or parking lot at night, courtesy patrol no longer operates, people congregate in the parking lot yelling and playing loud music. It's very sad to see this happen. Used to be a nice place to live.
