Tfg Waterchase Apartments

I currently live in Waterchase Apartments been here for about 7 months this property could be a great place to live but is poorly managed. There are two office managers who either do not care or have no clue on how to managed the property and only walks the property when they are showing possible new tenants an apartment. Most of the apartments have bushes that are so high over the 1st floor balconies you cannot see outside good luck if there is any crime activity. The balconies are junky with trash, funiture, clothing or whatever tenants decide to put out there. Over half of the complex has lights on at night the other half is completely dark and has been since I moved in. Dogs are allowed to roam unleashed with or without the owner visible and there is so much pet waste viewable on common ground areas throughout the property its embarrassing. Pet owners are not required or held accountable for picking up their pet waste, they will bring the pets to your area near the walkway, stairs or behind your balcony. You can always count on seeing the excellent maintenace team cleaning up pet waste every morning so do not be upset with them if you been waiting on any repairs to your apartment. The security company(s) is a joke rules or policies only applies depending on who is working that shift but never followed through on daily basis and never seem to report all lights that are out. This property do have entrance/exit gates but are never is working properly on a constant basis and the exit gate remains open at least 15-20 days each months so if your looking for secured property living so far this is not the place. There is a posted sign no solitication of any kind of literature on the entrance gate not exit gate so the solicitors will come in through the exit gate so you will find flyers on your door or car weekly. My advice before you go into the office to make your next move walk around or drive around the complex and decide for yourself because I wish I had . Now if none of the above issues are a concern for you this property can be a do whatever you want living place because the office manager take care the office and the property seems to be managed by itself or not
