Disappointed! Food was alright, nothing spectacular, was expecting soul food. Menu looks great, first round I got smothered pork chops, it was good, my food wasted in my bag from all the juice, macaroni and cheese was a little dry, didn't touch it. Yams was from the last of last. So I decided I would give them another try today, I requested they put my side in a separate container, he said ok, I ordered smothered chicken, it was not what I was expecting. The chicken was not in a gravy it at in a broth. I got the candied yams and cabbage. The yams were not sweet and cabbage had no seasoning. The smothered chicken was not worth the twenty minute wait. The guy apologized for not putting my side separate but I didn't have time to wait for them to fix it, once I got to work, my bag was filled with juice from food. customer service was great, food was disappointing.
