Mr. Moradi obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and worked as a research assistant. While attending law school, he also worked for a civil litigation firm in Austin, Texas, where he had the opportunity to work on complex and high stakes commercial litigation cases, including a multi-million dollar corporate veil piercing case. Mr. Moradi spent a semester interning with the 157th District Court in Harris County.

Prior to joining WKPZ, Mr. Merchant practiced at a boutique commercial real estate law firm under a board-certified commercial real estate attorney. During law school, he worked at one of the largest commercial real estate practice groups in Texas. He also helped one of the best trial lawyers in America defeat a motion for summary judgment in a widely-publicized real estate deed restrictions dispute in Houston.

Mr. Caplan is a practicing litigator since 1982 trying a wide variety of cases including disputes involving contracts, real estate, trade secret, business/shareholder issues, insurance, Deceptive Trade Practices Act, construction, employment, business torts, banking, premises liability and securities.
