Select Physical Therapy

Everything is going well. I told the doctor I’m ready for full duty release and I have been doing the home exercises my Physical Therapist taught me. My exam went fine. Flexion and Extension blew my mind. I touched my toes!



I have to tell you, I moaned about the myofacial release. But, I felt so much better a couple days later. The Physical Therapists at The Parks obviously know what they are doing.



I was released by my Physician to full duty and HEP.
