Scissor Cuts

If there was lower than one star, I would make it lower. Went in for a hair cut. Was very specific about what I wanted. Showed Judy what length I wanted with my hands and with verbal description. "Shoulder length bob. Brush the top of my shoulders,". She indicated she understood. She started cutting at the back. After several minutes when the scissors touched my neck near my hairline, I asked if that was not going to be shorter than shoulder length. Her comment was that it was a little short but she was trying to get it straight. When she started using electric trimmers on my neckline, I was shocked. Since when does a shoulder length cut require electric trimmers? This butchered hair will take months to grow out to shoulder length. And she did not even get it straight. One side is at least 1/2 inch shorter than other side. I was afraid to say anything to her about unevenness. I just wanted her to stop. Worst cut I have ever had. So short it can't be fixed by someone else.
