Pearle Vision

My husband and I went there to get our toddlers glasses, hoping they would have a big selection. The only only frames they had for toddlers were a greenish teal color and a cute pink purple. Well they gave us the displays I'm sure bc when I tried to bend it back I barely applied pressure and the side snapped! Well low and behold when I went up there to order a new set of frames, guess what! They discontinued that frame a couple of years ago! So they order a different frame this time and the lenses keep popping out. I should have been suspisious when the frames made a weird creaky noise when we first put them on her. Well I go back for them to fix them and they start accusing its my fault that they're doing that. The lady 'helping' was very rude and said they were fine, sent me on my way. The lenses keep popping out STILL and they want me to bring her in AGAIN still saying it must be something I'm doing wrong and its my fault. After this I WILL NOT be doing business with them again, I get better service at wal-mart and a better selection that isn't selling displays.

Never been treated so badly in my life. The staffs are rude. They don't like to be asked a lot of questions, because they're dishonest in their sales. I was suspicious that my frame was the display though I had ordered it with the full price (not on reduced mark) as the frame looked quite used. They also gave me a lesser quality of lenses (lower refractive index) than what I had ordered. I felt I was being fooled, disrespected, and unappreciated for my business. I had to dig for the truth, basically questioning, as the associate's explanation was nonsensical and before the associate finally admitted the fact.
