Chicken Express

Horrible !! Doesn't even deserve stars !! I found a piece of wire cooked in my chicken gizzard and no amount of refund or apology can fix it. There was no concern on fixing the problem trying to see how it happened. The answer was to ask the morning crew what happened. What does the morning crew have to do with food that was supposed to be freshly cooked !

1. I miss their old deal, buy more get more extra, so I felt ripped off for those little/half tenders.



2. Cashier didn't get my water as he said he would.



3. The guy that brought out my order, said 20 pieces, but I ordered 30. Supposedly the packing was right just wrong ticket, so they needed to get a better system.



4. I asked for plates and he gave me a dirty one.



I do not know if I would return to this location again.
