Biba African Hair Braiding & Weaving

There is nothing professional about this salon. No one in there is experienced, not even the owner. I called the owner one morning to inquire about pricing for sew in weaves. The price was reasonable, so I made an appointment for noon. The lady that did my hair had no clue from the beginning what she was doing. I repeatedly asked her if she knew how to do a circle closure and she laughed at me and assured me she knew what she was doing. By the time she was finishing up, the owner walked in. I looked in the mirror and was almost brought to tears. It looked like I had a zipper on top of my head. It was obvious she was did not know what she was doing. I had more hair on one side than the other, the braids and tracks underneath where bulky and visable. I told the owner is was unacceptable and it needed to be done over. Three people had now worked on my hair, each least experienced as the next. Five hours later, I left enraged and very disappointed. The job was redone poorly and the center of my head now sits to the side. After asking the owner if I would recieve and discount for the horrible work done, she replied with since her business was so new she couldn't afford to do that. If you want a good laugh...look at my hair. If you want a good weave...go somewhere else. I endured this horrible experience so you won't have to.
