The only reason this gets even a one is because of the location. The promise in by 9 out by three has been missed on several occasions and has taken as long as two days twice. No apologies for the lateness just a you can try back after 5 or try tomorrow. No bueno!

I been so grateful whit this business specially whit this bald guy wich it has a very nice way off taking care customers maybe some other customers had a bad day buy 4 me was so good i totally recommend this cleaners and pls give a 2cond chance god bless

This business took 8 of my pair of dress pants, "which were quite expensive" and altered them shorter, when they were clearly told to let them out. When trying on the pants, I pointed out that they went the wrong way, they made them shorter instead of longer. Before the final fit, the manager had cut off all the extra cloth rendering these pants totally useless because the alterations could not be reversed. I told them where I purchased the pants (which is about 2 miles from there store) and left them the pants so they could go purchase the same brand, name per brand name, original size per size. After weeks of needing dress pants for my work, I purchase the pants myself and presented them with a bill for six pair, trying to be fair and reasonable. The cost of the six pair which are not off the rack pants was $870.00 . Again, I told them where I purchased my pants, left them my old pants to compare brand name per brand name, and I gave them the store managers name where I purchased them so they could go in the store themselves, compare the brand names and also look up my previous order so they could see I purchased my 8 pair of pants they ruined from this very same store.



I paid $80 dollars to have these pants altered by a business that has now ruined 8 very expensive pair of my pants. If this business would have practiced good alteration techniques, they would have not cut the extra cloth off from the legs of the pants until the final fitting. In this way, if they did make a mistake, it could be corrected. Their lack of competent knowledge in good alteration techniques ultimately has caused me extensive financial damage of almost $1,000.oo



Their insurance deductible is over a thousand so this company decided not to cover even 6 of my pair of pants and/or even reimburse me for charging me to ruin my pants. The owner of the shop called me personally and told me he would reimburse me for the pants and the cost of alteration but has not made any creditable efforts to do so.

I am now entering a phase in which I am having to sue this company in small claims court for damages they cost me personally. Their business practices seriously lack the professional approach to alteration techniques that do not harm their customers, and the management and owner never answer their phone, thus making it impossible to communicate.

If you want holes shirts and stains on your clothes that weren't there before then you should get your dry cleaning done here. I brought three shirts with the same exact holes they created. The manager who could barely speak English refused to reimburse me and said it was my fault. I could not be more disappointed with their service.

This cleaner's couldn't get anything right. Regardless of what it says on your receipt and printed on the order they will do the opposite. I was spending approximately $200 a month there. The last time I went there they faded four of my jeans which I paid at least $60 per jean. They wouldn't reimburse me, stated the only thing that they can do was redo it and try and get my color back for free and I would need to talk to a manager which never seems to be there or return my calls!!!
