Auto Bath Car Wash

I have being using Autobath since March of 2016 for both my vehicles. I can truthfully say I have had nothing but good experiences with this facility I am a senior and take advantage of the 4 dollar discount on Tuesdays. I usually get the Wheel Deal and the cleanup and window cleaning is always excellent, and if you see something they missed, just point it out and they will take care of any problem. If you select an option that includes interior cleaning and tire coating, be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes or longer, because they clean and clean and wipe some more!
One more think, Debbie the cashier is the friendliest individual one can meet in any business!

Warning! They hire thieves! Do not ever leave anything of value in your vehicle. My wife took my truck there to get washed and locked something under center console. Only problem was, the ignition key unlocks it and they had access to that. Manager doesn't care. Very shady business. Stay away and drive down the street to another car wash. On top of stealing from me, the car wash wasn't even that good.

Best time to come in for sure is on a Wednesday they have a 20% discount going on for any package. So I was super happy when I pulled up and Richard Trevino told me the good news and not only did he help me out with that but he went the EXTRA mile to get scraps off my car, didn't even say anything. WHAT GREAT SERVICE IS THAT!!! People like that definitely deserve to be recognized for their hard work Thank you so much Autobath I will be coming to you more often!

Just left Autobath 5:30 P.M. 3/23/2015 on Little Road in Arlington, Tx. I have a white 2014 Audi Q5 which I've taken to this establishment many times before with complete satisfaction however not the case today. When the car was completed I was waived over and began looking over the car. I noticed there were numerous places where the car wash did not clean the car. The person who dried and vacuumed the car did go around the car with me and clean the spots where the car wash didn't. I guess those spots don't have any wax now!!! Anyway the worst part was the rear bummer had several black and red scuff marks and all the manager would say is we don't have anything which would cause that... Too bad as I've always had good luck with them but I won't be back. Very Disappointed!!!!

First of all it took twice as long to clean my car as I was originally told. To top it off my car was still dirty when I finally received it. The windows were still dirty in the corners the edges of things were unfinished. It was clear to me that there had been a rush to finish even though they had my car so long. There was spattering of dog hair still. The worst thing though that is going to make me put a bad review everywhere I can was that the next day my steering wheel left black grime on my hands, because only the front of it had been properly wiped. Way to make my car dirtier than when I brought it in. To top it off they nearly let me drive off without the privacy cover to my hatchback. Disgusting service.

Took my car there for a $40 car wash.

I removed the antenna and put it on my front passenger side seat.



For some reason the person washing the pickup truck for me took the antenna out of the truck and put it on a utility tray. He lost the adapter for the antenna that connects the antenna to the truck, and was not able to find it when I went to pick it up. After searching for it, the manager declared "I don't know what to tell you" and just blew me off.



I replaced the antenna at a cost of $27.50, and approached the on duty manager for reimbursement. I was informed that they are not responsible for it. Really bad customer relations.



I WILL NEVER RETURN TO AUTOBATH CARWASH.

I'm so happy they got a new owner because they are so much better!! I got the super clean special and I couldn't be any more impressed. I might even try one the more expensive ones just because they're that good. I'm sure all the bad reviews are just from the past of their old ownership. 5 thumbs up!

Tried to use the coupon offered. Said , $5.00 off any wash package... Apparently paying a higher price to get it washed & detailed doesn't apply... WTF??? It's being washed PLUS!!!

I had very poor service at Auto Bath Car Wash-- the front of my car was still dirty and they would do nothing when I went back. Maybe they need new management.

If anyone has any complaints of how this business has handled their vehicles, or in my case mishandled, not only by the carwash itself, but by the windshield repair services they use Pioneer Auto Glass, please feel free to contact me! I am working on a unresolved window breakage! They let Pioneer Auto Glass touch my car WITHOUT my permission, or knowledge, and magically now I have a broken windshield, which they could of course replace for me at a mere 500.00! DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I WOULD LEAVE A ZERO STAR RATING BUT IT WONT LET ME!!!

Service is extremely slow. Workers just want to stand around. Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Wont ever come back as this is my second time with this.

We have always received good service at Auto Bath. And, they have a covered drying, vacuuming area. This is important for people who own black cars.

My driver's seat was damaged while it was driven by a worker. When I pointed it out to the day shift manager he told me I brought the car in like that. I could not believe my ears. The day shift manager refuses to tell us who owns the company. We are filing with our insurance company and filing a complaint with the BBB.

I took my car there for a good wash. It was just driven into the bug capital of the world and was nasty. They Made my car look like new ! I recommend the $39.99 wash! Its like getting your car detailed and I was only there for a little over 20 minutes! The people there are great and I will definantly be using them Again and again!
