Johney was professional from the moment he came to the door. He quickly looked over the door and equipment and assessed the situation. He gave us a quote that was almost exactly what the rep had given over the phone as a ball park range. He took worked with a coupon that he hadn';t seen before and we agreed on a price. He worked quickly and safely. In no time the springs were replaced, he noted that the bearing looked good so took that off the quote. He answered questions and made suggestions on how we can make the door seal tighter. We could not be more pleased!
