Do not use. On top of the fact that they violated the Consumer Fair Debt Collections Act by speaking with a 3rd party regarding my debt without my consent, they also did not notify me (in writing or in any other manner) that my contents were to be sold (which is required by Tennessee state law). I found out ONLY because I happened to call to get a balance amount and was told my possessions were to be sold in 5 days unless I remitted past balance in full (which I thought had already been paid due to a misunderstanding). I immediately paid the entire past due balance that same day, and was STILL denied access to my unit for failing to pay the current months fee (which was due on May 1st, this happened May 2nd, and I had been told just the day before on the phone that I would not be considered "late" unless I did not pay by the 10th). The owner finally said she would allow me to walk to my unit but I could not drive my vehicle ( as its 90 degrees out and I had a 35 lb toddler with me and my unit was a considerable distance away, that would have been pointless as I would not have been able to carry what I needed to get out). When I told her I thought this was absurd and a really horrible way to do business she decided not to let me in to my unit after all, due to my "attitude" and went into her office and shut the door. She then said she could not give me a printed copy of my rental agreement, stating that her printer was broken and that she would have to mail it to me (holding my breath). I left without being able to access any of my things, and have subsequently reported this company to the BBB. There are plenty of other storage places that know how to treat customers and I would advise everyone to use someone else.

Very helpful. The owner was a pleasure to speak with. The rates are great. Also the manager lives on site w/24 hour security. I would highly recommend.
