I had the unfortunate experience of having to use the Aransas Pass PO for my business needs on several separate occassions... They are extremely rude, dont' provide detailed or even correct information & will tell you to your face that they don't care about your mail items as they just process what they receive & it's convenient how the Post Master is 'NEVER' at work for you to talk too!!!!! I've made several complaints online & via phone to what I think/ thought was the corporate office with no response... I refuse to use them anymore & now travel the extra 1 mile to Ingleside PO where the service todate has been great - I don't have a single complaint about staff or service at that location & it's still quite convenient to attend the physical address.... I've been here for 6 months now & even the locals that I have talked to refuse to use this location & either drive to Ingleside or do their business on the way home at Rockport (Yes, they drive to Rockport - that's how bad it is) USPS you need to shut down the Aransas Pass location & sack all of them!!!! Finally, as a result I wont be opening a store front in Aransas Pass to hire locals or invest in what appears to be an otherwise nice area - instead prefering another location as my business heavily relies on the mail service with online sales...

I talk to some woman today trying to get info about an International registered mail package I recently mailed from this Post Office. This woman is one of the nastiest people I have ever had to deal with, and I am 66 years old.. the rest of the employees have been great, however, as a professional mental health counselor, there is something wrong with this woman...

This review is only about a woman named Mary, who I dealt with regarding a change of address for my deceased father. She is rude, unprofessional and has a terrible attitude toward the people who pay her salary. The other employees who work the line with customers are exceptionally nice and pleasant to deal with.

They didnt help at all. Rude and wouldnt do passport information. Bad to say the Very least. Dont go.
