DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! Customer service was great until they get your money. I spent $125 to have a DC jack and cable repaired and resulted in my computer shutting off semi-spontaneously every time the right edge corner was tapped. I picked up my computer on 2/3/12. That night, while I was working on a very important essay for my English course it cut off right in the middle of it. I called the next day 2/4/12 to have them look at it. I brought my computer up there with in the next couple of hours at 2:00pm. I showed them the order of how things happened. They were rude and proceeded to tell me that you don't "bang" on your computer. I tried to tell them that I was not banging and asked for a solution to my now defected computer. They tried to make me feel as though I didn't understand what they were saying and saying things to belittle me. I then again asked for a solution and the older man responded very abruptly and rude "we're not doing ANYTHING else to your computer!" I grabbed my laptop and then he started jumping up and down banging on the counter like a monkey saying "if you bang on your computer, you're going to break it!!" The counter came up from the nails and barely made it back on the post. At that moment I felt unsafe and I left. I did mention that I was going to report them and he yelled sarcastically and frantically "oh no please don’t report us!!" I never felt so ripped off and treated so badly after giving my hard earned money for a service to turn out so bad. I am a single mother of two babies; I'm a full-time student, I work full time my money is precious to me, as well as my time. Currently have a case with the BBB. Do they even have a headquaters??

If I could rate this company with ZERO stars, I would. I work on computers myself, and only took a couple systems in to save myself time. They list themselves as a business specializing in virus removal when all they do is a system restore. DON'T trust them. You will lose all the files and documents on your computer. I am not even confident they are certified to make such repairs on a professional basis as stipulated by Florida business code.
