        I had a bad leak by my tire on...

        I had a bad leak by my tire on my truck, so i took it to Ken's Equipment Repair. They looked at it and almost immediately was able to tell my that it was my brake wheel cylinder. They had my truck fixed in no time. I was extremely pleased with the service and their prices were very reasonable. They're the only repair shop I'll go to!

        I might just get special treat...

        I might just get special treatment from Ken's, after all I am his mom, but anytime I need repairs it's done right. Even if Ken doesn't have time himself, one of his employees does. Ken has repaired everything from my Chevy, MTD mower, even my well! I am so proud of the way Ken and Angel opperate their business, fair and honest goes a long way these days.

        Be careful with this business....

        Be careful with this business. Makes promises thta will not happen. Made excuses all week why my forklift was not picked up. Finally i ccalled factory service and they are coming same day. GO TO A PRO!!!

        We are a small family owned and operated business. We do our best to take care of all our customers with a fair price and in a timely manor. This was a unusual week for our company. My large work truck and trailer was out of town for what was supposed to be 2 days and ended up being a week! As a small business we only have one truck and trailer that can haul forklifts at this time. I had never run into this problem before since the truck was always here. He was contacted daily even a few times some days. It was 3 LONG days of telling Gary that my truck would be here the next day (since that's what we thought)Finally I decided to find a truck and trailer to rent to pick up his lift. WOW was that fun! Its hard to find a trailer and truck that can haul a forklift. I found one later in the day and it was pouring rain! So 4 days after I was supposed to pick it up... I can come get it, and its to late he is aggravated and tells me not to worry he will go to the pro :( I COMPLETELY understand his aggravation I was just as frustrated as he was if not more because I have never run into an issue like this. BUT I LEARNED alot from this mistake it wont happen again, I now have a rental on hand when needed! Sorry that we were unable to take care of your issue in a timely manor but we learned a lesson here and became a better company for it. Would love to have another chance to be your service provider!

        It's refreshing that while most companies are cutting corner's to deal with the current economy, Ken's Equipment Repair continues to excel, providing High-quality, Honest, and Affordable business relationships for their customers. Now if I could only find a good plumber....
