Care Spot

Don't go here for a dot physical. They don't know dot regulations. Asked dmv people and stated they don't know what they're doing. Pointed this out on their own paperwork and still wouldn't change my card. Said I had sugar in my urine and test results show negative. Said my sugar in urine was above dot acceptance and it was a 100 and by dot rules which is 129 or lower. Last time I checked 100 is lower than 129. Blood pressure was 134 over 78 so that wasn't the issue. Janet at dmv said yes I was correct on guidelines but they couldn't change the (nurse practitioner ) card. She said I could go back and point these things out to them to make them change my medical card from 3 months to 1 year. I spent 15 minutes on the phone to no avail. If you need a dot physical stay away from them please not just from my advice but even the smv people
