These guys had my computer twice and it was over two weeks time. The Wi-Fi Bluetooth module that was in the computer was malfunctioning and it was giving me a driver error. Well I tried everything to fix the driver error updated windows I updated the driver I did everything. So I took the computer to these guys and ask them to take out the Bluetooth module because it was defective.

At day number 10 the second time they had my computer they hadn’t called me or anything so I just went and picked up the computer they said it was ready to go so I took it home.

I got home plugged in my computer and it’s still the same problem. So I got on the phone and I called the guy and we had a heated discussion and I ended up asking him if he was retarded but I use the F word in front of it well needless to say I’m out of 40 bucks and they didn’t do shit to my computer and the guy had the nerve to tell me even though I’m a wheelchair user to not come back to his shop. I wanted the $40 that I am out from the first time but I’m going to let this jerk keep the $40 and this review is going to serve as my revenge . Everything I said here is 100% true. Everything was great until I ask him if he was an effing retard.

They took 3 weeks to give my tablet instead of the 5 days they initially said and in that time they didnt call to tell me or apologize about the delay and then they over charged me for it. I would have been better off just going to someone else. Worst customer service.

I brought in an old tablet that couldn't charge. They ordered a new charging cord just to see if that was the problem. In 24 hours and only $12 later, my tablet was working like new. They both called and text me to keep me informed of progress. Very friendly and funny guys. Highly recommend!

Got my iPhone 6s Plus to fix it here. They did it in 20 mins.
Nice people, cheap prices.
I would advice everyone to check them out.

Took my computer in to Ala back in Nov. 2015 to fix my screen from a line going through it. I've gone back and firth for months with him. Got it back with the whole screen/monitor broken and once I saw it AlA said he woyld fix it if I paid him more to do it. Broke my computer and then tried to charge me to fix it. Horrible company....if you value your stuff don't take it there.
