Overall

I love Snap Fitness and have been going for years. They have the best trainers and the best classes It's a very clean facility, and extremely safe if you work out really early in the morning or late at night. Snap is very affordable, and I recommend the gym to everyone.

I have been going to snap fitness for 6 months now. The location is perfect, the equipment is nice, and the extra fitness room is awesome. They have group classes that you can attend during the week which is an awesome bonus. The staff is great and is always willing to help you out.

It’s too bad that the last review had to dwell on one bad situation, because it did mention a great staff and they are!!! It is the first gym I have ever been to where they actually seem to care if you work out and get healthy. The gym is always clean and the overall environment it great. I am pretty sure that the manager just bought the club so I the issue of a “bad” owner is no longer a problem. They just moved into a bigger space and have locker rooms and a group fitness area now. I LOVE working out there!!!!

Bad owner

My husband and I got a membership with them. Love the management and trainers. The owner is another story. We paid them in check at the start of membership. Two weeks later I called because the check had not cleared our bank. The manager stated he would find out what was going on. I spoke with him later. He stated he had "spoke with the owner and said he did not have the check it had been put in the bank already. Just consider it a free month. If something changes we'll let you know". Fast forward 2 months later. I get a call from the manager and they found the check. Apparently the owner had lost it. He said "Can we put the check in or hold it?" I told them "no we do not have funds in there to cover. Please wait 2 weeks". He said "ok no problem. Sorry this happened". Two days later check cleared. Bounced everything in our bank including our bills we had already paid. The total has of now that we own in overdraft is $460. Owner offered us $36 for putting the check in. Also he was very rude on the phone. We are canceling our membership as of today. Sadly we liked the management and they are caught in the middle of an unorganized owner. Don't see running a business in this way!
