This dentist really cares for her patients. Often, almost always there is a wait, but you are always treated as "Wendy's" number one concern. Not the most upscale office in appearance, but really get good care.

Staff is friendly but need work on service. Went 3 times and was over 1.5 -2 hr wait on a SCHEDULED appt for my daughter. On one of those SCHEDULED appt I waited 1.5 hr before they told if we could reschedule because the dentist was behind so I did. Another SCHEDULED appt out of the 3 my daughter sat in the dental chair for over an hour reading a magazine (with nothing done) assistants called me to the back to see if I wanted to reschedule or wait because the dentist was conducting an interview!! I did decide to wait (close to 2hrs)but not without sharing an earful first. All I want is to get my daughters teeth fixed. I my have fallen on rough times and TEMPORARILY on Medicaid, but someone is still paying the bill whether it's the government or myself. I have been on both sides of the spectrum regarding private ins and Medicaid and I can definitely see a big difference on service and it's so unfortunate. Rebecca
