Their customer service is great, but they were very late with providing me with my license plates, title, and never refunded me the money that was charged to me, even though it was their mistake, and they had promise to refund me the money!

Bought a used car from this establishment-poor follow-up on a post sale issue and very argumentative. Was not professional and I would not buy here ever again...

Whatever you do, do not buy a car from Midwest Auto in Ramsey, MN! One star is one star too many. We were assured that the car we purchased was accident free and shown a "car fax" which was really an Auto Check which verified their misinformation. Only when the car started falling apart - first with the driver's seat belt - did we learn, in the process of the repair, that the car had been a total loss, a salvaged vehicle. This happened just one month after we purchased the car last Spring. When we contacted Midwest Auto, they said, "That is not our problem." With the help of a lawyer, we got them to agree to take the car back, only to change their minds two weeks later. PLEASE! Whatever you do, don't go there!
