This company is awful. I cannot stress how much this company has failed my husband and I.



We hired them to clear out some overgrown gardens in our front yard. The work was very poor quality, and took three times as long to complete as estimate for more than TWICE our budget. There was no communication from the company about when the project would be finished, and no indication we had blown the budget until the final bill was presented to me to pay.



When we tried to contact the company to resolve these issues we waited over TWO MONTHS for a response, and when we were finally put in contact with the owner Kathy Gibbs, she rescheduled our meeting THREE times. During our eventual meeting she promised to show up with a crew on Friday to resolve our issues. The crew and Kathy never showed, never called. Left us hanging again.



Just received a call from a random individual we have never spoken to, saying they would be here tomorrow to do some work. I told them they were not welcome, and we would see them in court.



Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire this company, they have no customer service abilities, they lack any level of respect for the customer, and do not keep the customer in the loop, and do poor quality work leaving root structure, debris and failing to complete specified portions of the contract-in our case roto-tilling and grading our new lawn area.
