I have a dishwasher that stopped running and draining I called and Kim answered and I explained what was wrong and she told me to check several things to see if it was just a simple fix(not cost to me repair) she took the time to help me even though it wasn’t making them any money. I was so thankful that I reached someone that would take the time to explain and help me before I had to pay for a repair she was very knowledgeable about dishwashers and even went the extra mile to help me with the specific brand I had! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Also was the CHEAPEST price when I asked if I couldn’t fix it what a service call would cost (I didn’t have too!) . I will always use them and recommend them to anyone that wants honesty, professionalism, and just overall WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Thank you Kim and Orliss!

Fixed my washer while I waited (Watched). Done in about 2 hours, straight 55 bucks, can’t beat that!!

They took me to court over a $50 charge when their serviceman did not do the work because it was Friday and he didn't want to work. He came out but did nothing and said it would be next week before he could do any work. I called another company in the meantime who did the work and I paid them. These people at Cleavenger's still wanted to be paid even though they did nothing. If I could give them less than a 1 star I would.

Very fast, courteous service. Fixed my dryer same day, at a very reasonable price. Even gave me a military discount on labor!

I have been waiting on service repairman all day and somehow my phone didn't ring on my end and when I noticed that they had tried to call me I immediately called them back. Too bad for me , the repairman has left my area. I think this is terrible as the man had my address. I live in Florida most of the time but have a little house in anniston and got in last night to find my refrigerator had gone out. I called very early this morning and have waited all day for them to "work" me in. No way to treat a customer. I hope all of calhoun county reads this. They stink about like the rotten food in my refrigerator that , thankfully made it to trash in time for garbage pick up this morning ! I'm so upset to be dismissed this way. Would never recommend this "business" to anyone . They were a total waste of my time!!!!!

The old guy makes creepy remarks to women. If you're a single woman, or elderly, I wouldn't use them.
