        FRUSTRATION

        I agree they don't care. I was there pulled a card to buy a Wii game. I had to pay for it, then track down someone "with a green vest" to actually get the Wii game. Well, the Wii game was sold out.... so back to the line I go to get a refund!! But, the refund got "jammed" but I was assured that the money was refunded back into my account. It has not been refunded.... so I am currently out the money for something I bought, that they never had in their store in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH. Why have cards out on products they don't have available??? Why stand in line and pay for a product they don't have, to only stand in line for a refund, that I still have not received!!!!!
