Dave's Auto Service

4 of our family members bring cars to Dave's Auto Service. The integrity of the folks here is without question, and everyone has always been very accommodating. We are all very happy with the service!

The secretary in the office was frustrated with me because I could not be there at 8am. She felt as though I would be "squeezed in" and did not like the fact that I would have to wait hours in the lobby area. When I arrived a little after 9am, she threw the clipboard on the desk and asked me to fill out the paper regarding my info about the car. After I was done she snatched the clipboard and the marched out of the door letting out a big sigh. I asked her if she was having a bad day but she denied it. I then asked to speak to the owner and he then came out and I explained to him what happened. He seemed not at all apologetic. I then asked for my keys and told the secretary that she ruined my experience before I even got started.A family member recommended me but they need better customer service. I would not recommend it .
